We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for free within 14 days of purchase.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be/you will need:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- in its original packaging
- proof of purchase
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email aaryanna@timelesslilly.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how/where to return your item(s). Items sent for return without acceptance will be returned and no refund will be available. Please contact us for any further details.

Damages and Issues
