RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be/you will need:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused
  • in its original packaging
  • proof of purchase


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email aaryanna@timelesslilly.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how/where to return your item(s). Items sent for return without acceptance will be returned and no refund will be available. Please contact us for any further details.

Damages and Issues
